probleme bloquage dans le menue recherche des chaines

bonjour,j'ai un soucis avec un hd 200s je l'ai déréglé et depuis, je n'arrive plus à accéder à la recherche des chaine. Le menu est bloqué avec un panneau sens interdit. Comment puis résoudre ce problème ? Merci
salut recharge un  favoris ,mais je pense que tu fais une mauvaise manip

essaye une reinitialisation du system par le menu: menu/paramètres systeme/reinitialisation

 

ou bien reflash avec la deniere version B118 par usb

 

on dernier recours essaye le clean: 

 

Ps: faire une sauvegarde des chaines ou favories avant
