impossible de connecter mon starsat a mon pc sous widows 8.1 sachant que le pilote pl 2303 est installé mais upgrade me dit

 

target not connected donc impossible de faire quoi que se soi j ai essayer sur les autres port meme chose je suis novice dans le flash quelqu un peut m aider svp
