salam,

 

tu mets le fichier de MAJ dans une clé USB

 

tu introduit la clé dans ton démo

 

dans le menu, tu cherches "USB" puis tu pointe sur le fichier de MAJ → OK

 

et tu laisses terminer et redémarrer
