- Fix pid limiter

 

Added more options (more pids) to the pid limiter as it was too... limiting.

 

Default value is now 16 pids in total (video + audio + subs).

 

If you get crashes, lower the value. If you miss some audio or subtitle streams, increase it.

 

 - Inform user about wrong data in SoftCam.Key

 

Restrict pid limiter to PowerVu only - Default set to 64 pids

 

- Fix for PowerVu
