j'ai téléchargé tune up utilities 2014 mais je n'arrive pas à l'installer. je l'ai décompressé et quand je lance l'application, tout va bien jusqu'au moment où le message m'annonce qu'une erreur a été rencontrée et que les fichiers vont être supprimés, ce qui effectivement se passe à chaque fois. Idem pour le 2° fichier pour le deblacklistage, je n'ai pas bien compris comment il faut s'en servir.
